Spirited Heart Demo not working

hi im new and i just downloded the Spirited Heart Demo for my pc i have reason to belive i should be able to see my person and the people she talks to but i can not all the other game demos work and i was going to buy this one but i looked into it and i wont if it isnt working proparly not to sound up myself but form what i have played its a good stroy i'd just like to see my charters plz fix this thankyou

Make sure the version is the latest one, then try pressing shift+G while in game and choose DirectX renderer (install DX9 if needed) and will solve your problems

how does one install DX9 or does the game do it
