Personally while I think Alex is the best looking girl of all, my favorite route is Mia but I have a weak spot for strong, independent women, so...

I prefer Grace. I'm not crazy about all those people who have trouble respecting boundaries, and I just like Grace better than Mia.

Well in general I prefer Mia but Grace romance scene is one of my favorites. Very different from any other romance scene I've had in my games

Technically, Mia is probably the best love interest. But, if Alex didn't have her "issues", I'd say she is one of the most compatible interests for me.
A pity her route is a bit shorter than the others (except for Liz).
