Xinput controller support

Post by Legendzerox »

Ever thought about giving your games controller support? I would love to use a controller so I can play on my 47 inch TV. Also I bought SOTW. Love your games and thanks for this addition.

I actually see SOTW has partial controller support.

Yes some partial controller is built-in with Ren'Py. But for example in the battles would be a mess  I would need to custom code every movement/button/action and it's a lot. I would like to add it since when I play games myself I prefer to use the controller indeed!

Also I couldn't find it anywhere. How often do we get Trait points? and What is the max level?

I think at 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30. Don't know if you can go past 30. You use your skill points on traits,

You can use skill points independently to get a skill or pick a trait, at the levels Troyen said. You can't go past 30 for sure, probably even 27 is a limit I think.
