disabled avatars

So I made my main site, forums and blog more secure by using SSL (you should see the green lock on top of the URL address).
I did it since starting this year Google and company will prefer sites that use that system. Unfortunately, for this reason (security) had to remove the possibility to use external avatars :oops: (even linked from other sites)

Wow, I didn't realize how much I used avatars to identify people, I can't remember who's who from user names alone.

Yes true :( Actually maybe the only issue was with hotlinked avatars. I might try to enable it and see if there's an option only for local avatars...

OK I tried to re-enable them. So far so good. I think the issue was really with hotlinked/external avatar images :)

Lol I cheated and uploaded a tiny pic meeting the 25k max file size :P
