In the beginning, I wasn't happy about giving too much "refunds power" to users, but recently I've changed my mind a lot. I think if someone doesn't like my game(s) has the right to refund them.
The main issue is the support/time, so if there's an automated system like Steam, that's really great, since I don't need to take any action (sadly my time is super-valuable now).
I think 2h of playtime is a reasonable compromise, even if perhaps with some games it should be tweaked (for example some shorter games that can be completed maybe in 1h, even if probably it's not my case :lol:).
That's why nobody does demos anymore, if people can just refund the full game, they can buy and in case they don't like it, can ask for a refund, so in practice the full games are like 2h demos now :)
