forum upgraded to 3.1

I've tried again to update the forums to 3.1, that's why it looks a bit different... I'll play with it a bit and see if there are any errors and then put the usual "style" back to it! let me know if you find any issues

What're the differences between the 3.1 version and the old version?

Several stuff, like possibility to login using the social network (twitter/FB/etc) but in general the old version is not going to be supported anymore in a year or so, so I decided to update now
