Does anybody know of a Scheherazade full walkthrough?

I'm afraid not. I was working on one myself, but it got incredibly complicated and time consuming, so I got side tracked.

Also, I can't sit down and play this any more without cheating, it got a bit frustrating over time.

I tried out the Demo today.

I liked the music, and the silly parts of it. But it seems as if it is geared towards these one-off-cards, and normal stat-grinding is more or less useless. Which I find frustrating.

Stat grinding is essential. You'll want an extremely high stat, because that will give you extremely high "general" bonus cards.

But I prefer to cheat, since stat grinding was insanely boring.

If I would need to start cheating, I won't enjoy the game anyway... And no: I am not exactly looking for stat-grinding.
