My vote goes to Max:

He's a big-time party animal, rebel, and comedian.

Also, his romance paths both playing as him (w/ the possible exception of Rakesh; I wouldn't know since I don't do MxM romances) and when romanced by Anne aren't overly sappy kindsa things the way such sometimes go.
