Support the musicians

Post by jack1974 » Sat Dec 21, 2013 8:15 am

I'm doing a thread with various links to the musician sites in case someone wants to buy the soundtrack directly from them. They're good and need your support too :)

Michael Chait, Loren Amazon Princess soundtrack:

Cristina Vee and Matt Myers

Loren original theme song:

Always Remember Me theme song:

Nicole (only the tracks done by Matt Myers):

I'll add more as I get new music done for the games!

Listening to the new Loren OST ... Jack, I have to say, I was skeptical about getting a new soundtrack, but it's one of the best decisions you've ever made. Completely floored by the quality of the new music. Michael Chait is amazing.

Pfuit! 8)
Fun fact: I actually had 4 tracks done by him about 6-8 months ago. Michael was asking for work and sent me an email. As you know I'm always for helping people to get started (especially if they're good!) so I commissioned 4 tracks. They were originally for the Queen Of Thieves game. Then later this year when I realized that there were good chances that Loren will get on Steam I decided to use those tracks for Loren instead, and commissioned more (enough to replace completely the old game soundtrack).
Going to use him again in future for sure :)

Musicians, much like artists, and writers, certainly deserve to be supported. And I thought that music was familiar...guess I heard the bits for Queen of Thieves :)

Since that game is far behind and don't know yet when will be out, I thought was better to use those tracks for Loren :)

This is awesome of you to do. I really like supporting artists of any kind that I enjoy! I'm happy to hear that Michael Chait might get more work ;)

O___O I'm completely impressed by Loren soundtrack. It's simply PERFECT! The music could not be more epic. Perfect. Just what I'm saying!

the victory music (when you have won a battle) from Loren reminds me to Many Miles Too Soon ( the name of the instrumental version of Such is Life) from Rank 1.

By the way; isn't it an idea to use Soundcloud to spread it more?

I'm not much expert about soundcloud or other stuff, I only post the links that musicians sends me :)
