I am so excited for Roommates! Hmm Question.... What real life experiences did you put into the writing if any?

Pleased to meet you, MrEnvy8! ^_^v

I'm also looking forward to Roommates. The cast seems really fun. How long have you been working on it?

Glad to hear it! I'm working hard to make it fun. I can't really point to a specific thing in the script and say "I did that" (Except for that one time I lived at a college dorm with five diverse and wacky characters, having adventures and learning how to live and love while raising my stats through an interface that I didn't notice at the time, but now seems really odd... I totes did that).

But like any writer, I take the things I've seen, the places I've been, the people I've known and I stick those bits into the gaps of the story. I did go to an American university. I hung out with my friends in both their dorms and their off-campus housing, attended my share of college parties, etc, etc. So those experiences help inform my writing, but I can't say specifically: Scene 23 is a party I actually went to where that exact thing happened.

Nice to meet you as well! Looks like we're the two newbies on the block, eh (Relatively speaking)? How long? A few months or so now. But if Jack asks, it's only been two weeks. I want him to think I'm super fast ;)

(Edit: Look'it me, all tryin' to spell in my code tags...)

You ARE superfast. Really, considering the amount of writing you've done so far...! And it's not a problem to take breaks, I know well because <coughs> in theory I'm a writer too (even if I found out very soon that is better if I leave the job to more skilled people ). So it's normal to have moments where you write 10,000 words in a week and others where you simply need to take a break to recharge the batteries / find inspiration :)
The important thing for me is not to quit a project mid way which was really painful when it happened in the past (luckily I have to say not many times).

*claps* Impressive. And yes, we're the new writers on the block. I started writing for Spirited Heart 2 less than a month ago.

And I'll keep an eye out for scene 23.

Hi, so I'm the editor/writer/whatever you wish to call me for Nicole.

I was dragged here by a lazy cat, but I hope to get to know everyone here better!
