Downloading the game

This is probably a daft question but, how do you get the game to down load. I have bought the game and expansion from this site. The only thing I seem to get are the bounus material.

The game is the demo, in the SAME EMAIL where you got the download link there are the instructions (download the demo and unlock it using the serial code/email)
