Can and/or how you romance Shiler from this game? I have searched the internet far and wide and so far I've found nothing! I want answers Please!

No, there's a sort of romance option playing as male in the pre-quel "Planet Stronghold: Colonial Defense" (albeit not a proper romance but there's an associated CG).
