I want to share some tips for the dating sim part. Since there are 6 potential partner, you won't find them while you do all the jobs, but only on certain ones.
Of the first 8 basic jobs, the only two where you don't meet them is dancer and builder. If you do any other job regularly (for at least 2-3 months) you should absolutely meet them.
You'll meet the boys for 3 times doing the basic jobs. Once you have met them 3 times you need to check in the relationship panel to see where they usually hang around. For example, Ramas goes in the graveyard and in the blacksmith. So once you have met him 3 times in graveyard, you need to build up your skills to be able to meet him also in the blacksmith another 3 times, and then based on the answers you picked you could have him ask to be her girlfriend and in future, marry him.
Yes, sounds hard but once you get it is quite simple I think
