Some of the CG scenes in the bathhouse have topless shots, with the nipples covered by arms or hair. That's probably enough to make the big game publishers (Steam, GoG, etc.) require that tag.

Yes at those times it was enough. Now things have changed...

On another note, I forgot how good this game is and still stand by it being your second best game just under Loren.
