I enjoyed Loren The Amazon Princess. Although I like RPGs, I really bought it mostly for the BxB romance.

What does anyone recommend next?

SOTW is a RPG set in same world, has more gameplay and it's harder, but has a BxB romance (there's also a visual novel mode in the beta in my forums).

For BxB You could try PSCD, which is a card game but you can play it as visual novel if you want. It has some nice BxB romances in my opinion
