I was looking at the expansion, and want to buy it with the promotion code... but I am on a new computer and no longer have the original game. My download link has expired too. What can I do?

The game uses online activation, so the demo includes both versions. You register using the purchase emails. If the email is the same you used before, you enter it once and both versions are registered. Otherwise you simply will need to enter both purchase emails

Ugh! I typoed on my card information when I was trying to pay for the expansion, and was sent an email saying the transaction didn't go through because of the typo.



Now when I'm trying to resubmit, I can't use the promotion code because it says it was already used!

Hmm because you probably bought more games. The default discount for both Spirited Heart is 25% (so it matches that one, since 25% on two games = 50% on 1 game). However I also have the 15% discount offer if you get more games, and when many games are added the only discount applied is that one (I asked BMT about it, that was the explanation).
