Of course it's a very hard potion to make, and there's also a ritual to perform, but it's possible.
This solves the dilemma "how could Loren and Elenor have a kid?" (or any other same-sex couple!).

Also: 208 recipes and 290 items done! I think at this point will aim at 250 recipes total

Harpy Eggs sounds like it would be dangerous, given that such were extremely vicious creatures in mythology; abducting and torturing the wayward as they dragged them to the ancient Greek equivalent of Hell.

Couldn't using such as an ingredient make the user of the potion vengeful and violent?
