I appreciate everything caught, though a few things might not be changed. For example:
They also serve, who only stand and wait.
That is actually a specific phrase/saying, so this won't change. But the majority will certainly get fixed.

Yes, my report was that in the game it says: "They also serve, those who only stand and wait."

Haha yeah maybe the "park" background wasn't the best choice, should have another garden background to use with less trees

I don't know if these have been mentioned yet:
-Select Game Difficulty-
VISUAL NOVEL MODE
- Play this mode (the "in" is superfluous)
EASY
- if you are new to card games. (newbie -> new is a stylistic choice, but if you keep newbie then it should be "a newbie at" instead of "a newbie to". Either way, you also need the "you" in there)
HARD
- for experienced card game players. (no s on games)
Bottom Text
- influences the card battle gameplay. (no s on battles)
- any time (I think two words in this context? See
http://grammarist.com/spelling/anytime-any-time/ )
The colon is a weird choice and the sentence after it seems off, but passable. "only interested" sounds better than "interested only" imo.

More Mission 01 (card battle)
- with fog covering it. (instead of "a fog over")
(same text) - drop the comma after "attacks"
Add a comma after "Fortunately"
charge description:
- (normally you cannot until your next turn) - I think this is a simpler way of saying what you're trying to say. What it says now doesn't quite mention the one turn delay.
remove "the" before walls
Assault biker
- delete the comma
- also delete either the s on "Walls" or the word "units".
Force shield
move the "they take" before the part in ()
- so it can attack
- Use Xavier's Customize (need 's)
- while to learn the mission victory/defeat
Regular infantry
- The colony's regular infantry.
