Well! If I make a fantasy game about dwarves only, then all characters could have beard for real!!

So I've asked the artist to do 3 new "test faces" for Arthur. This NOT because of ONE person complaint, but because honestly Arthur is the one who got most complaints overall (and even the writer and I think it can be better).
I'll post here the 3 tests once are done

So... SLIGHTLY BETTER, isn't it?
The last one seems the most "cool", though I liked also the first with the beard. Of course, those are quick tests, not final. So for example in the third face the head shape will be changed to fit the different head angle (the hair is identical to the previous pose, but obviously not right) and so on. But you get the idea

I'll take some days to decide together with writer, but I think they are all better than the original character, more interesting/cool for sure

I like the second one the most. The first one looks way older than 19.

I guess I like the second one best. Although the third one isn't bad either~
But yes, they all look better than before. ^^
I'm already curious to see which one you'll choose.

Heh it's strange how simply having some beard makes the 1st "too old for 19"
Personally I think will go with the 3rd, once the head/hair shape is fixed should be the most attractive one.

Well 19 years old can't really have thick beard like that, while it differs from person to person most man don't develop thick beard before at least their middle 20' and early 30' would be more realistic I think.

I like 3rd one the most.

Ah OK I didn't know. But anyway yes I'm now 99% sure it will be the third
