Since Jack mentioned having "Enchantment? ENCHANTMENT!" as a name for an Enchantment achievement:

Darkness Falls Throughout the Land – unlock all Dark ends

This Little Light of Mine – unlock all Light ends

One Ring to Rule Them All – Craft 50 objects on highest Tier of Jewelcrafting

Apolimesho’s Apprentice (or maybe, Star Pupil) – Craft 50 Potions on highest Tier of Potionmaking

Bent Out of Shape – Craft 50 objects on highest Tier of Metalworking

“I Saw That!” – Craft 50 objects on highest Tier of Woodworking

I think it would have to be something other than Apolimesho's Apprentice, unless he is directly involved in the game. I like the idea, but there might be some who would not get the reference. Also wouldn't be a big fan of Star Pupil. Maybe something like Elixir Mixer.

Apolimesho is mentioned in the game at one point, but yes maybe better to use more generic names :)

In terms of a more generic name, maybe:

Merlin's Apprentice :)
