Yes, but you can get the gold easily from the merchants. So in theory you could do 1 robbery on each one, and get money (merchants), gems (nobles) and good exp (mercenaries).
I'm going to do the changes you suggested (in particular boss fights), but if you play the mercenaries I think you'll see that the EXP goes up much faster (they're also harder in geneeral).

Thought I'd run a military house to see how they compare. This is the old version without the exp tweaks.

Military House (Encounter Level 7-9): 674 xp, 182 gold, gems worth 200 gp
54 - Random Encounter: Watch Dog x3, Veteran Mercenary
131 - Random Encounter: Veteran Mercenary, Mercenary x2, Tamed Bear
27 - Snake's Trap: Watch Dog x5
155 - Snake's Trap II: Giant Snake x3, Acid Snake
155 - Boss Mercenary: The Snake, Mercenary x2, Veteran Mercenary, Ex Mercenary
152 - Boss Mercenary: The Hound, Mercenary x2, Veteran Mercenary, Ex Mercenary

So that was a bit better in terms of leveling. Since these mobs are all Mercenary, I don't think they'd be too affected by the Guard tweaks, but maybe there's a little rebalancing to be done. Then again, it is normal, and you still have to beat all these guys to get the exp reward, so might be okay?

I'll have to try the new values tomorrow.

OK worse case it's easy to revert back to old values. But I remember another user during testing that said the XP was a bit too low, and he was playing the mercenaries.
At the very least I'm going to leave the Boss fights extra XP, but even the guards might be OK.

30% ignore taunts actually means ignore the aggression value. Normally enemies attack the sister with higher "aggro" (and Kira's taunt increases it a lot) but the right word is indeed Aggro, not taunt :mrgreen:

Well, I figured out the "ignore taunt" part, I just didn't understand the 30%. Do they ignore...30% of the value? Not sure how that skill would work. (Maybe it's best to leave off the "30%" part from the description?)

30% of the times, so 1 times out of 3 won't attack the sister with the higher aggro. I thought was clear? otherwise I can leave the 30% out :)

Exp log with the new values. Note I am a bit overleveled for the nobles, I'm starting at Level 9 5554/5700, so I don't know if there are diminishing returns on exp granted.

Noble House #1 (6-7 Encounter Level): 421 xp, 244 gold, 1000 gp in gems
72 - Guarded Entrance: Light Guard, Medium Guard, Heavy Guard, Watch Dog
57 - Random Encounter: Elite Guard x2, Retired Mage, Watch Dog
74 - Plant Trap: Giant Plant, Corrosive Plant x2 (tipped me to Level 10)
31 - Random Encounter: Veteran Guard, Watch Dog x2
145 - Snake Trap: Giant Snake x3, Acid Snake
42 - Boss Fight: Headless Man x4

Noble House #2 (7-8 Encounter Level): 496 xp, 173 gold, 1950 gp in gems
83 - Guarded Entrance: Light Guard x2, Medium Guard, Heavy Guard, Watch Dog
62 - Random Encounter: Elite Guard x2, Retired Mage, Watch Dog
65 - Random Encounter: Elite Guard x2, Retired Mage, Watch Dog
97 - Guarded Vault: Light Guard, Medium Guard x2, Heavy Guard, Watch Dog
72 - Random Encounter: Elite Guard x3, Retired Mage, Watch Dog

Ended at 6475/6700. So roughly 12.5 encounters a level instead of the 17 from before. I didn't get too many with the modified mobs though, but I'm also getting up there in levels and unlocking level 10+ encounter houses (which likely won't compare to the previous set). But I don't think the exp changes are too bad.

I'll have to try a modified Military House tomorrow.

Thanks for the "report". No there are no bonus/malus if you're higher/lower levels, the XP obtained it's always the same, so those stats are very useful. I think I'll keep the changes then :)

Thanks. For Irijo, he deals a blog that reduces Joanne's SP, that's why he says that :)
For the crash,I found it too, will fix it! In practice all the new achievement I added for Steam would crash if clicked (they're not supposed to be clickable since there's no related scene/CG!).
