Marian and Susana ending?

Hello,

I am not getting Marian and Susana ending. Whenever I spend time with Susana , my romance doesn't increase. And moreover, I am missing some events like she asking for cupcake and getting stressed and Steve offering her tea. I had similar problems with Jill, but after restarting the game once again, the problem was rectified.So I am really tring hard to get these endings, can someone please help? I am kinda addicted to the game.It's a nice game.
