I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this bug-- although I have only just started the game whenever a persons relationship meter or the time meter for working comes up, I can see both ends of the meter, but the meter does not fill. There is just blank space. Should I try to redownload or is that what everyone sees?

Press shift+G and choose another renderer (like Directx) and make sure you have DX9 installed
