Evasion-is it Worth it?

Im going to be playing a scout and will increase armor to 20 to get a good early on armor that gives 15 evasion. I will likely put 2 points every level after to evasion but Im starting to wonder if that will pay off. If I go the other route, with survival, I will get 15 health healed every time I defend and also will lower aggro on top of that.

It seems that accuracy is only useful if you specialize in it with 2 points per lvl, but evasion is terrible almost completely even for a soldier. I dont think a 25% evasion at later game can really make the biggest difference.

Has anyone had any luck/or skill in making scouts. My soldier was easily good but to make a good scout, is completely different as there are more choices involved.
